Yes! We can offer installment plans for events and projects with longer timelines.

If the event/project date is 60 or less calendar days away from the date our services are booked, clients will not be allowed to setup installment plans and full payment is due before any services beyond an initial consultation are rendered.
If you are interested in an installment plan and given you are eligible, our team can discuss a payment plan that works for you during our initial consultation.

We accept payments via debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), electronic bank transfers, checks and direct wire transfers. Short Answer:
Yes, we have a zero tolerance policy which mandates a non-refundable deposit must be paid to Enrich Enterprises by the client before any work beyond the initial consultation can begin.
We also believe in establishing a solid foundation of communication and understanding of our clients' needs during an initial consultation (at no cost) before any financial commitment is made.

For all projects/events, we require a non-refundable deposit typically assessed as a flat fee or a relatively small percentage of the total event/project cost (whichever sum is greater) to secure your spot in our schedule. We will not render any services beyond an initial consultation until the deposit is paid. The deposit amount can vary based on the cost, scope and complexity of the event/project and those details will be discussed during our initial consultation.
At Enrich Enterprises, we do understand that each client has unique needs and we are willing to work with our clients to come up with a payment schedule that works for them to pay the deposit.
Our deposit policy is in place to protect both our clients and our business, as it helps us rest assured that our clients are serious about their project/event planning needs, allows us to secure/allocate the necessary resources and enables us to begin planning the project/event. Yes, there is a cancellation fee if you cancel your event/project after the deposit has been paid. The cancellation fee is equal to the amount of the non-refundable deposit which varies based on the scope and budget of the project.

Short Answer:
Enrich Enterprises understands that unforeseen circumstances can arise, causing clients to cancel or adjust their event/project plans. We offer flexibility in adjusting the scope of work based on your changing needs and priorities. Our team will work with you to determine the best way to move forward and ensure your satisfaction with our services. If you need to cancel your event/project or eliminate some of the scope of work, you must notify us as soon as possible.

If you decide to eliminate some of the scope of work, the amount refunded will depend on the portion of work that has been completed. We will work with you to determine a fair and reasonable refund amount based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to that point. Any payments made for work that has already been completed will not be refunded.
Please note that any non-refundable expenses incurred by Enrich Enterprises on your behalf (including but not limited to deposits/fees paid to partners or vendors, traveling/gas, time spent, etc.) will be deducted from your refund amount.
This policy is designed to be fair to both parties; therefore, refunds for canceled events/projects or reduced scope of work will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
